Weiss Homes Breaks Ground for Phase 2 of Crescent Oaks Development

The Weiss Homes Innovation Series of home designs was created to provide customers with the best possible value in financially tumultuous times. The homes are built from the ground up to emphasize quality, but are also priced to be competitive with the sales of used homes, including short sales and foreclosures. Moreover, Weiss is quick to point out that because these are new homes, the Crescent Oaks Phase 2 homesites come with the standard Weiss Homes guarantees. “They all come with a ten year warranty,” comments Weiss.” “They also come with an Energy Star rating, as is customary for all our homes.”
With this new phase scheduled for completion by October, the Crescent Oaks development is moving along at a steady pace. With four homes under construction, two have already entered into the new phase of construction. One is a pre-sold home.
