The DieKlean 360 family of die cleaning equipment is specifically designed to address the safety and efficiency deficiencies of the conventional die cleaning process, and has demonstrated up to a 40% reduction in sodium hydroxide consumption and up to a 50% reduction in cleaning time compared to conventional wet tank die cleaning processes.
The DieKlean 360 die cleaning machines are fully automatic. Each die cleaning machine provides for automatic mixing of die cleaning chemicals, individual cleaning tank controls, and enhances plant safety because operator exposure to the cleaning chemicals is minimized. Open tanks of hot caustic solution are replaced with dry tanks to facilitate safe loading of dies and lids that are secured during the die cleaning process.
The Lippert Components DieKlean 360-2-1 features a two cleaning tanks and an optional oversized mixing tank. The aluminum extrusion die cleaning equipment, designed for expansion, is capable of cleaning up to 85, 15 inch diameter tooling per 24 hour day.
